Vacations
Full-time employees accrue five (5) paid vacation per year. Vacation days accrue daily, beginning with your first day of employment. All employees are permitted to accrue vacation up to a maximum of twice their vacation entitlement, or ten (10) days.
Bonus
In a way of compensating your hard work throughout the year, BankCard Services offers a year-end bonus for all full-time employees.
Health Insurance
To help you and your family with medical and/or dental insurance needs, BankCard Services provides you with health care insurance benefits. You are eligible to participate in the insurance program after completing 6 months of employment, full time.
Any employee/dependent who loses eligibility because of one of the following events will be eligible for continuous coverage under COBRA. Coverage can be continued up to a maximum of 12 months:
- Employee terminated
- Employee had a reduction of hours
- Employee retired
