2009 BankCard Services Scholarship Award

To recognize and reward students who have proved their excellent academic ability under inferior financial circumstances, BankCard Services is awarding twenty (20) $1,000 scholarships to high school students who are enrolling as a full-time freshman class status in fall, 2009. The application must be received by May 22, 2009 and the final recipients will be announced on June 8, 2009.

Criteria
1. Be in college freshman class status as of fall 2009 term
2. Have a parent who has an active account with BankCard Services
3. Have and maintain a GPA of 3.5 or above (on a 4.0 scale)
4. Be eligible for financial aid

* Required Documents
- Completed scholarship application
- Official transcripts of grades
- Copy of a parent¡¯s 2008 tax return
- Personal statement - Reference letter (Excluding Family Members)
