Alliance Partner Training

Bankcard Services' Marketing Support Department provides implementation and of all sales training materials. We also provide a program for new agent training which includes a "New Agent/Sales Representative Training Manual". A Certification Test will be given to all Agents/Sales Representative trained by Bankcard Services. Our Marketing Support Department provides consistent, systematic review of all company support materials for timeliness and accuracy.

Independent Agents will have great tools to rely on such as 24 hours 7 days a week customer service with highly trained professionals ready to assist anytime. Also, multi-lingual customer service for wide range of merchants is available in Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, & Vietnamese.

Bankcard Services has 11 different locations, so On-Site Service (OSS) would be a better advantage than other provider companies so far. And our supplies never ran out, they are always ready to be shipped out whenever needed.
