Supplies
Bankcard Services will provide you with all paper supplies needed for completing your credit card/debit card transactions at no charge. When running low, simply contact us for replacement. Avoid "rush shipping charges" by planning ahead.
To order supplies, call Bankcard Services at 1-888-339-0100, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Remember that supplies are shipped via UPS ground, so always keep an ample quantity on hand. You will be responsible for any overnight charges. Free supplies, however, will not be provided if the merchant does not render a $12.00 monthly maintenance fee.
Warranty
All credit card processing equipment will be repaired, free of charge to merchant regardless of purchase/lease date or supplier if merchant has a terminal maintenance plan. Shipping charges, however, will be applied. The warranty does not cover failures which result from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, alteration or modification, service by anyone other than Bankcard Services, damages related to power failures or damages resulting from acts of God. Defective equipment shall become the property of Bankcard Services
